Mr. K.G. Garg holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Roorkee). His qualification also includes Bachelor’s Degree from Ae.S.I.,USA, Graduate NDI from AFTC USA, Lead Assessor ISO 9000 from Neville Clarke UK, ISO 14001 from QMI UK, TL 9000 from Excell, USA, and AS 9100 from Plexus Corporation, USA.
With over 30 years of experience in Quality Management, Mr. Garg worked with prominent organizations such as the Defence Research & Development Organization, the Indian Aeronautical Regulatory Body, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., and NVT Group. He has conducted more than 200 Quality Management System audits and provided quality-related training to over 1,000 candidates globally.
Mr. Garg is passionate about fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, believing that excellence is achievable through dedication and rigorous standards. Recognized as an expert in Quality Management, he was honored with the Quality Guru Award by IMMECA in Mexico.
Nitin Garg holds a Master of Business Administration from the Tepper School of Management at Carnegie Mellon University, USA, as well as both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay. He also earned a PhD from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
Nitin has played a pivotal role in establishing the International School of Management Excellence (ISME) in Bangalore as one of India's leading business schools. Prior to this, he served as a senior member of Deloitte Consulting in Philadelphia, USA, where he provided strategic consulting to companies in the finance, energy, and public sector industries. His expertise encompasses strategic analysis, process design, requirements gathering, reporting analysis, the implementation of roll-out strategies, user training, and change management.
Vivek Garg holds a Master of Business Administration from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University, USA, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. He was honored with the Dean’s List award for his outstanding performance at Purdue and was invited by the faculty to become a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a prestigious recognition for academic excellence.
Vivek has gained valuable experience working with companies such as GE Medical and Watsco in the USA. He also served as the Regional Director for Minrad Inc., where he was instrumental in establishing the company's operations in Asia and the MENA region. With extensive global travel, Vivek has successfully launched products in over 20 countries, demonstrating his expertise in international business and product development.
Tanuj Garg holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Telecommunication Engineering. He was a Fellow candidate at Wharton and received a University Medal during his engineering program, highlighting his academic excellence.
With several years of experience in the US financial markets, Tanuj has served as Director and Head of US MBS and Real-Estate ABS Strategy at Citigroup, as well as holding a position at Bank of America. He has worked on numerous high-profile transactions with the M&A team, focusing on valuing mortgage portfolios of target companies. Tanuj is also an accomplished author, with strategy articles that have been referenced at the US Monetary Policy Conference and quoted by Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal.
